It’s this time of year that clubbers flock to Ibiza to soak up some rays and immerse themselves in Balearic bliss: but for those not lucky enough to hit the party isle, do not fret, as Kidology and The Kidettes have taken time out from its own Ibiza residencies to shine a little Spanish sun over Clapham in another colourful Kidology affair.
Mark Wilkinson is renowned for his impeccable taste in house music, but also for the killer line ups provided at all Kidology nights where on rotation his Kidology regulars appear – and this event is no exception!
Joining Mr. Kidology himself on the decks is Eddie Kid – Kidology family and ex member of The Streets. Piano man Eddie has become equally recognised for his awe inspiring Kidology projects as his former Streets accolades, with production credits pouring out from Kidology Records – the Kid certainly has the midas touch.
Adding an urban tint to the night is DJ Raz. Sponsored by Oakley, and fast becoming one of the most hyped names in the UK Garage scene, he also turns his hand to house and has a heat wave up his sleeve for this event. Raz has been working his way up the DJ ladder for some years now, and has subsequently managed to gain the kind of CV that most up & coming DJs would kill for – Kidology regular being a highlight of course!
The Seratonin Thieves are no stranger to the wild and wonderful ways of Kidology – the ‘Steal The Love Records’ owners are famous for their uplifting sets and have set the temperature to scorching for this event so make sure you’re wearing protection.
Kidology has also provided the talents of Vogue Fm resident Dex. One of the most exciting up and coming DJ/Producers in the country, Dex can be found every Sunday night 7pm till 9pm on 'The Sunday Night Mass Session' on www.voguefm.co.uk. Dex has appeared at many prestigious clubs across the country and word is spreading fast about this new superstar DJ!
Kidology favourites Mark Houlihan and Joe Brazil are armed with some serious heat to melt the English blues away and bring a touch of the Ibiza magic to London – so be prepared for the finest selection of feel good uplifting melodies and the hottest beats in town. See you on the roof terrace for cocktails!
