Friday 4th June 2004 Cafe Del Margate - Uplifting House Music On: Friday 4th June 2004 At: Bar Mezz, Fort Hill, Margate From: 7pm till ??? Cost: FREE! More: Cafe-del-Margate is a group of DJ's based all around Kent. Due to the lack of decent music that seems to be playing around the south coast, they have come together to bring some much needed decent music to our area. If you dont already know, the House music scene here has taken a tumble as R'n'B and Hip-Hop seems to be taking over, with bad results. So Cafe-del-Margate hope to revive the house music scene down in the far south-east. Most of the DJ's have made a decent career out of the club scene, but this is the first time they will be working together and they hope to make this a regular occurance from now onwards. They will be playing a varied mixture of tunes, but starting with funky house and progressing through the night to hard house, every record along the way is gonna have you moving!
