Well somehow, in spite of levels of laziness, incompetence and general disorganisation rarely seen in any promotion we've managed to stumble our way gracelessly to our third birthday. Believe me, I'm every bit as shocked as you are that we've made it this far.
Assuming the evolutionary principle is valid I'd have expected us to be competed into extinction long ago and replaced by a more evolved promotion with more money, harder working promoters, better night vision and improved tree climbing ability. And yet somehow we've survived
As a committed darwinist I find that mildly unnerving However, rather than alert the scientific community quite yet I've decided to assume that we've only done it by occupying an evolutionary niche nobody else really wants, like those birds that hang around crocodiles mouths picking their teeth or some kind of mollusc that clings to the underside of dank rocks.
But in spite of any violation of the laws of the universe in getting here the fact is that we are 3 and that gives us some kind of pedigree, although when I tried to explain that to the people at crufts they were kind of rude. Such an occasion is truly significant and should be marked by an out of the ordinary, really special kind of celebration.
But when have we ever done the things we should, especially if they involve effort. But then every Ohm party is special in its own way, so we thought we'd do what we normally do, which has always worked so far.
Two of our all time favourite guests are returning to us for this, namely Latex Zebra and King of Sketch, who have both rocked the joint for us a few times before and were the natural choices to help us see in our 3rd birthday
Anyway, I'm waffling, details are as usual, st christopher's inn 121 borough high street, nearest tube london bridge, 10pm-4am (although we should be able to carry on indefinitely after 4, they've been good about that lately), free entry, umm . . . . I think that's it, we don't really have many details
